Our Story
Why we started ORVIX AI
ORVIX AI started in the finance departments we knew best: rows of capable people typing numbers from PDFs into an ERP, chasing approvals over email, and bracing for month-end. The work was necessary. The way it was done was not.
The industry's answer was always another workflow tool: more forms, more screens, more clicking, with the typing left exactly where it was. We wanted the opposite: software that does the work itself and shows its evidence.
So we built agents that read invoices in English and Arabic, match them against POs and goods receipts, catch fraud and anomalies, and post clean invoices touchless, with every action on the record. Your team makes the calls. The agents do the rest.
